Why has Nick Sirianni found it difficult to inspire the Eagles?
Having formally hired Jim Harbaugh as head coach, the Chargers may now expect one of Los Angeles’ assistant coaches to be free to join another staff.
Per Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, the Browns and Eagles have both asked permission to talk with offensive coordinator Kellen Moore about the same position on their respective squad.
After serving as Dallas’ offensive coordinator for four seasons, Moore, 35, joined Los Angeles in the summer. However, the Chargers offense failed to take off in 2023, ending No. 18 in total yards and No. 21 in points scored for a variety of reasons.
With Moore as the offensive coordinator, the Cowboys offense finished first in yards and sixth in points in 2019. In both categories, the club led the field in the 2021 campaign.
After the season, offensive coordinators Brian Johnson and Alex Van Pelt were fired by the Eagles and Browns, respectively. Although Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni has given the OC playcalling duties, Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski is anticipated to continue doing so.

Report: Raiders to interview Kliff Kingsbury for offensive coordinator.
Kliff Kingsbury, the former head coach of the Cardinals, is being considered by another team to be its possible offensive coordinator.
The Raiders have scheduled an interview with Kingsbury for later this week in Las Vegas, according to Albert Breer of SI.com.
After four years as the Cardinals’ head coach, Kingsbury worked as a senior offensive analyst and quarterbacks coach at USC during the 2023 season.
With Arizona, Kingsbury had a 28-37-1 record. His finest season was 2021, when the squad finished 11-6 but lost to the Rams in the wild-card round, sending them packing. The Cardinals never made it into the top 10 in scoring, although they did finish in the top 10 in yards twice. The club came the closest in 2021, when they ended the year with 8 yards and 11 points.
The third franchise that is reportedly interested in hiring Kingsbury as an offensive coordinator this summer is Las Vegas. He has also conducted interviews in Philadelphia and Chicago.
