NBA Rumors: worries insisted in re-signing former…. Read more

NBA rumors: To support Stephen Curry, the Warriors are interested in signing Kevin Durant’s old Suns teammate.

The Golden State Warriors are looking to bolster their lineup to support Stephen Curry, and they’ve set their sights on Nassir Little, a former Phoenix Suns player who used to share the court with Kevin Durant ¹. Little, a 24-year-old forward, is currently a free agent and would bring some much-needed depth to the Warriors’ offense.

*Why Nassir Little?*
Little’s impressive performance in the 2021-22 season, where he averaged 9.8 points and 5.6 rebounds in 42 games, caught the Warriors’ attention ¹. Although he’s struggled with injuries, including a right shoulder issue that made him miss 22 games last season, Little’s potential as a backup player makes him an attractive addition to the team.

*Other Interested Teams*
The Warriors aren’t the only ones vying for Little’s signature, though. The Miami Heat and Boston Celtics are also in the running to sign him ¹. With several teams competing for his services, it’ll be interesting to see where Little ends up.

*Warriors’ Offseason Moves*
The Warriors have been active in the offseason, trying to strengthen their roster around Curry. They previously pursued Lauri Markkanen and Paul George but ultimately missed out on those targets ². Little would be a solid consolation prize, providing the Warriors with a versatile forward who can contribute on both ends of the court.
