Giant Spanish team Barcelona is planning player sales as a way to strengthen their roster for the upcoming season and deal with financial difficulties….
Even though Barcelona has made every effort to manage their financial crisis since Joan Laporta’s return in 2021, they still have a lot of work ahead of them. Laporta and his team were plagued by more than only their net debt; the Catalan powerhouses also owing enormous amounts in unpaid wages, back taxes, and transfer fee installments.

To put it briefly, Laporta was tasked with steering a sinking ship, yet he has succeeded in keeping it afloat. Furthermore, he has significantly improved their circumstances. However, there’s still a lot of work to be done, so Barcelona won’t have much space to add players in the summer.
The Blaugrana will most likely try to raise money by selling players in order to bolster their roster. Raising as much money as possible while allowing room for new players and causing as little harm as possible to the current team is the goal.
