Philadelphia 76ers vs. Denver Nuggets injury report revealed
The excitement is tangible whenever the Denver Nuggets play the Philadelphia 76ers because of the potential matchup between Jokic and Embiid. However, most games end in injuries for one reason or another, and tonight is no exception.
Nine players—Nicola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Aaron Gordon, Michael Porter Jr., Vlatko Cancar, Jalen Pickett, Julian Strawther, and Hunter Tyson—are listed as injured for the Nuggets tonight.
Nikola Jokic is likely to have a left hip strain; Jamal Murray is likely to have bilateral tibia inflammation; Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is likely to have a right cervicothoracic strain; Aaron Gordon is likely to have a right heel strain; Michael Porter Jr. is likely to have a left knee inflammation; Vlatko Cancar is likely to have surgery on his left knee; Jalen Pickett is likely to be out due to a right knee contusion/sprain; and Hunter Tyson is likely to be out due to a right knee contusion/sprain.
Six players for the Philadelphia 76ers are classified as injured: Robert Covington, Mo Bamba, Danuel House Jr., Kenneth Lofton Jr., De’Anthony Melton, and Jaden Springer. All of the previously stated players are out with the exception of House, who is dubious.
Even though every member of the Nuggets starting lineup is listed as injured, it is currently anticipated that they will all play.
