ESPN REPORT: Another Mega Star Commits To Celtic…

Ex-Celtic star Jota ‘agrees’ huge English Premier League move as Saudi nightmare comes close to ending

The former Celtic winger, who sealed his huge £25million transfer to Al-Ittihad in the summer, is expected to cut his time short in the Saudi Pro League and head back to the UK.

West Ham have been heavily linked with the Portuguese star and it now looks like David Moyes will finally land his target.

The Hammers have reached an agreement with Jota over a January deal and he could team up with the Premier League side in the coming days.

That’s according to FootMercato – who claim the winger is closing in on his move back to the UK.

The report suggests West Ham have finalised terms with the player but now just need to seal the deal with Al-Ittihad.

Positive talks have been held between both clubs and West Ham are confident they will win the race for his signature.

Jota will fly to England to complete his medical once he’s given the green light by Al-Ittihad, it’s being claimed.

Moyes is pushing for more attacking options this window and he believes Jota will be a valuable addition to his squad.

Jota isn’t the only winger on the Scottish manager’s radar as West Ham also launched an ambitious bid for highly-rated FC Nordsjaelland star Ibrahim Osman.

The 19-year-old has been linked with a bigger move for some time following his rise to fame in Denmark, despite only heading to Europe last year when he was snapped up by the Right To Dream Academy in Ghana.

An offer of £16million has been booted out, but Nordsjaelland are understood to be holding out for a fee of around £18million before they will let him leave.
