Apparently, former Titans coach Mike Vrabel has joined the Browns as a consultant.

According to numerous publications on Friday, former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is visiting his native Ohio in his capacity as a consultant for the Cleveland Browns. According to ESPN, he will collaborate with both the team personnel division and head coach Kevin Stefanski’s staff. Before enrolling at Ohio State, Vrabel played high school football in the Cleveland suburbs. Following a 14-year NFL career that included three teams, most notably the New England Patriots, he started his coaching career with the Buckeyes in 2011–13. He later worked as an assistant coach with the Houston Texans for four seasons until accepting a position as head coach of the Titans prior to the 2018 campaign. Vrabel had a 6-11 season, and the Titans let him go in January. During his six seasons with the Titans, he was 54-45. Vrabel, 48, was passed over for one of the seven other head coach openings this offseason. He worked as a consultant with the Browns at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis last month, NFL Network reported. –Field Level Media
