Mark Ramsey spent his childhood roaming East Tennessee’s woodlands. He first encountered a local moonshine expert when he was a young man, and he rapidly picked up the skills through practical experience. With their distinctively tasty formulas, he and his distilling partner, Digger Manes, now continue that journeyman skill!
Digger Manes has spent the majority of his life in the still. He first learned about a local moonshine legend in Cocke County, Tennessee, when he was a young guy. Digger and his distilling partner, Mark Ramsey, have perfected the technique of distillation after Digger put in a lot of time as a still worker. These days, he stands alone as a legend.
