“Vincent D’Onofrio Joins Austin Butler in Gripping Crime Thriller ‘Caught Stealing’—A New Twist in Crime Drama”

Emmy nominee Vincent D’Onofrio has been tapped to join the Caught Stealing cast for Sony Pictures’ upcoming

crime thriller, which hails from director Darren Aronofsky.

 

D’Onofrio is set play one of the supporting roles in the movie. However, further details about his character have

remained under wraps. His casting comes ahead of his highly-anticipated return as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin in Marvel

Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again revival, which will reunite his villainous character with Charlie Cox’s titular hero. The

series is expected to make its debut in March 2025.

Who is in the Caught Stealing cast?

The Caught Stealing cast will be led by Austin Butler (Elvis, Dune: Part Two), who will be playing a burned-out

retired baseball player named Hank Thompson. He will be joined by a star-studded cast consisting of Zoë Kravitz

(The Batman), Regina King (If Beale Street Could Talk), Matt Smith (The Crown), Liev Schreiber, Bad Bunny, and

more. The film will be directed and produced by Aronofsky from a screenplay written by Charlie Huston, based on

his 2004 novel of the same name. It is produced by Ari Handel’s Protozoa.
