At HBO and Max’s Emmy Nomination Celebration, Jodie Foster reconnected with co-star Kali Reis of True Detective: Night Country and the show’s creator, Issa Lopez.
At NYA East in New York City, the 61-year-old actress reconnected with Lopez and her 37-year-old co-star.
Only a few days prior to the celebration, the HBO series received 19 Emmy nominations, making it the third most this year behind Only Murders in the Building on Hulu and The Bear on FX (23).
Executive producer Mari-Jo Winkler, cameraman Florian Hoffmeister, music supervisor Susan Jacobs, and production designer Daniel Taylor also joined them.
Foster accessorized with silver bracelets and rings and wore a short-sleeved tan dress that hung down to her ankles.
For the nighttime outing, she finished her ensemble with a pair of black pointed-toe heels.
Reis wore a white dress shirt and grey jeans with a black and white plaid trench coat underneath.
Posing with her co-stars and crew, she accessorized her outfit with black dress shoes.
Nic Pizzolatto, the show’s creator, handed the reins to Lopez for this new season, and she chose to wear an off-the-shoulder black shirt, black leggings, and platform heels.
The fourth episode of the HBO anthology series, True Detective: Night Country, starred Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey and debuted in 2014.
The first season, which starred Colin Farrell and Vince, was set in Texas after an unsolved murder, while the second season was set in California.
