Armed with two “assault-style” guns and a handgun, the former student at the Christian elementary school in Tennesee massacred three adults and three children on Monday. Police added that the boy had meticulously planned the slaughter by creating a detailed map and monitoring the premises.
The suspect’s manifesto “indicates that there was going to be shootings at numerous locations, and the school was one of them,” Tennessee’s chief of police said on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, indicating that the gunman had planned to strike multiple venues.
According to Drake, authorities think the suspect’s “some hatred” for “having to attend to that school” as a child was the reason behind the shooting.
