FISHERS: Jayson Tatum owns a massive $7.5 million mansion on nearly seven acres in Fishers. It features a wine cellar, a pool, and all the glitz and glamour a home can offer.

There is elaborate woodwork throughout, a theatre, outdoor kitchen, hearth area, and big two-story foyer.

For $7.5 million, Jayson purchased the house from D10 Investments, LLC, according to public documents. The premier player for the Boston Celtics and former Butler basketball player also resides in Boston. He sold his $3.9 million residence in Rancho Santa Fe, which he had as his third property earlier this year.

It’s unclear why Jayson purchased the Fishers house. He turned down an IndyStar request for an interview regarding the house via a Celtics representative.

Hayward’s Massachusetts home is a multi-million estate in Wellesley, a town in Norfolk County in the suburbs of Boston. According to the Swellesley Report, “Hayward has given local kids (who are) shooting hoops in their driveway a thrill by running past or zipping by in his Porsche.”

Wellesley is also home to Stevens and other Celtics, such as Danny Ainge.

Perhaps one of Jayson’s most opulent real estate holdings was his estate in San Diego County’s Rancho Santa Fe.

It was situated on a two-acre gated estate with a tennis court and pool. There was a casita and a guest home in addition to the 6,395 square foot main house. There were seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms spread among the three.
