The sportsman, who recently retired and got divorced, is finishing up his opulent bachelor residence on Indian Creek Island, also referred to as the “Billionaire Bunker.”

Situated in the gated and exclusive Indian Creek Village, the expansive house is directly across a river from the residence of supermodel Gisele Bündchen, his ex-wife.

Brady’s extravagant estate boasts an impressive array of amenities, including an exclusive cutting-edge fitness centre, library, waterfront swimming pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, lush gardens, and a tree-lined road that leads to a multi-car garage and motor court.

The Post was able to secure renderings that show off the main and guest apartments, each with a private patio.

The Post has been informed by sources that Brady is anticipated to move into the house in the spring.

Billionaires like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump are drawn to Indian Creek Island, which has developed into a magnet for private waterfront estates.

Through an LLC connected to Jeff Soffer’s Fontainebleau Development, Brady and Bündchen acquired the 2-acre parcel at 26 Indian Creek Island Road nearly three years ago. Soffer resides next door at 27 Indian Creek Island Road.

Indian Creek has historically been a sanctuary for the ultra-wealthy, and Brady is becoming one of the town’s well-known citizens.
